Missy Elliott to perform at the Super Bowl with Katy Perry?

A person familiar with the plans for Sunday's Super Bowl halftime show told  AP that Missy Elliott is slated to make a surprise appearance during Katy Perry's performance.
The person spoke anonymously to the AP  because Elliott's participation had not been announced by the NFL.
During a news conference Thursday, 30-year-old Perry hinted at Elliott's involvement in the Super Bowl act, which also will feature Lenny Kravitz.
Perry said the halftime show will include an 'old school' female singer — but did not say who that would be.
'When you hear the first ring of the chord,' Perry promised, 'I think jaws will drop and faces will melt.'

Dublin: Lateef Bello found not guilty by reason of insanity to the attempted murder of Adejoke Opesusi

42 year old Lateef Bello from Pheasants Run in Clonee, Dublin pleaded not guilty on Monday at the Central Criminal Court to the attempted murder of Adejoke Opesusi , a woman he believed was ‘poisoning’ the mind of his wife.

He also pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to burglary, criminal damage, endangerment and assault causing harm. After a two month period at the Central Mental Hospital in Dundrum following his arrest, Mr Bello was diagnosed as suffering from paranoid schizophrenia.

The three-day trial heard that, Mr Bello who is originally from the Ivory Coast in Africa, had formed the the belief that his wife was having an affair.
Counsel for the prosecution Paul O'Higgins SC reminded the jury that all three consultant psychiatrists that testified were in agreement....

He said that Mr Bello, who had worked as a taxi driver, had formed the belief that his wife was having an affair.
"On the 19 of February 2012, at 4.30am in the morning, you (the jury) heard that Mr Bello ended up outside Mr Oroleye's house accusing him of having an affair with his wife. He breaks the front window and enters the house and smashes up the tv and furniture."
"We heard that Mr Vincent Carrick goes out and that Mr Bello drives his car straight at Mr Carrick. Mr Bello then runs into the back garden and goes to Littleplace Close where he approaches Mrs Adejoke Opesusi saying 'Im here to kill you and your kids' before stabbing her several times. We heard that when the knife breaks, he uses another knife and starts choking Mrs Adejoke."
"You were told by Detective Sergeant Callaghan that he had a belief that his wife was having an affair. He indicated he was hearing voices in his head. He believed people could read his thoughts and that he was dead. He had religious delusions."

"I suggest to you that in this case an appropriate verdict would be not guilty by reason of insanity."

Michael Bowman SC defending described Mr Bello's behaviour in February 2012 as 'terrifying'."On the 19 of February 2012, Mr Bello acted in a terrifying manner - he was not sane at the time. Any rogue could pretend to be insane. What we are dealing with is a man who was mentally unwell on the 19 of February 2012."

"People who are ill should be treated and medicated."

"We heard in evidence that when talking about his motivation Mr Bello thought that he (Mr Oroleye) and his wife were sexting. He said what he did was 'an act of god'."

"While being detained, Mr Bello was acting in an unusual manner and his answers were peppered with religious references. He spoke in terms of being gods avenger."
He added that Mr Bello can be controlled with the use of anti psychotic medication and that he has no psychiatric history or previous convictions."What appears to have taken place was that Mr Bello had paranoid delusions. On the 19 of February 2012 he felt a thump or pain on the chest and believed his own soul had departed and his body was taken over by some other force."
"He believed he was actually dead. During interviews with gardai, Mr Bello repeatedly made reference to the fact that he thought that he was dead."

"I respectfully suggest that the evidence in this case appears straight forward and urge you to adopt the opinions that you have been offered."

After 2 hours and 51 minutes, the jury of seven men and five women returned a unanimous decision.

Lift your boobs naturally with these simple exercises

The following workout was created by Comas Keck specifically for women. "Working the chest from multiple angles with enough weight ensures plenty of stimulus to increase strength and develop the muscles," she says. "This can add beautiful shape to the chest."
To make this plan effective: Make sure you choose weights that are heavy enough. "It’s important to challenge yourself with heavier weights in order for muscle growth to take place," says Comas Keck. Perform the following routine twice a week.

MOVE 1:Dumbbell Bench Press

Lie faceup on a bench with your arms straight, a dumbbell in each hand (A). Lower the dumbbells until they’re close to the sides of your chest (B), then press them back up to the starting position. That's one rep. Do 10 reps, then go to move 2 without rest.

MOVE 2: Pushup

Start on all fours, your palms slightly wider than your shoulders, feet close together. Your body should form a straight line from head to toe (A). Lower down until your chest almost touches the floor. Keep your upper arms at a 45-degree angle to your torso (B). Pause, then push back to the starting position. Do 10 pushups and rest 90 seconds.
Repeat moves 1 and 2 one more time (so you'll do each exercise twice). Rest 90 seconds before move 3.

MOVE 3: Incline Dumbbell Bench Press

Sit on an adjustable bench set to a low incline (about 15 to 30 degrees) and place your feet flat on the floor. Grasp two dumbbells and hold them up above your shoulders, arms straight (A). Slowly lower the weights down to the sides of your chest (B). Pause, then press the dumbbells back up toward the ceiling. Do 10 reps, then go to move 4 without rest.

MOVE 4:Dumbbell Fly

Lie faceup on a flat bench with your feet flat on the floor. Hold a pair of dumbbells above your shoulders with your elbows slightly bent (A). Keeping the slight bend in your elbows, lower the weights until your elbows are even with your chest (B). Keep the same bend in your elbows as you press the weights back up. Perform 10 reps. Rest 90 seconds.
Repeat moves 3 and 4 (you'll do each exercise twice).
