After being insane for a decade, a 40-year-old mentally derailed woman, Olubisi Aina, has incredibly regained her sanity.
This miraculous incident occurred Monday at Sanyo, Ibadan, Oyo State.
According to reports, Aina the mad woman was known for roaming the Sanyo-Temidire-Agbamu road stark naked. Everyday, she retired to her corner on the main road around the bridge on Damo River, a routine she never skipped.
And like every other day, she was sleeping close to the bridge as usual on Monday, when a car ran over her. Her mouth and legs were badly bruised in the accident, and was rushed to the Oore-Ofe Hospital and Maternity Home where she was admitted for some days.
After being discharged, the patron of the hospital, Mr Toyin Adesina, advised that Aina should have a bath and when she did, she became sane again.
Local media report that she regained her sanity after being led by acquaintances to Damo River where she was given new sponge and soap for her bath. While having her bath, she reportedly said “Thank you God” in Yoruba Language and from that point began to speak normally and she became sane.

“Sullivan Chime is not dead” – Enugu State Government
Contrary to the news making the rounds that the bed-ridden Enugu State Governor Sullivan Chime has joined the late Yakowa and others, Enugu State government Sunday, debunked the rumours, saying the governor is alive and healthy.
According to the State Commissioner for Information, Mr Chucks Ugwuoke, the rumour is from the pit of hell, as he described the news as unfounded.
According to Ugwuoke, the Governor is doing well and will soon return to the government house in no distant time.
It would be recalled that the Governor was said to have died at an Indian hospital on Saturday, after battling an undisclosed protracted sickness, a news many have referred to as the work of rumour mongers.

It was a harvest of tragedy on Saturday as Governor Patrick Yakowa of Kaduna State, the immediate national security adviser, Gen. Owoye Azazi, and four others were killed in a military helicopter crash at Okoroba Village in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.
Others involved in the accident were Yakowa’s Special Adviser, Dauda Tsoho; Azazi’s bodyguard, Warrant Officer Mohammed Kamal and two Naval pilots, Commander Murtala Mohammed Daba and Lt. Adeyemi Sowole.
The victims were returning to Port Harcourt after they attended the funeral ceremony of late Mr. Tamunoobebara Douglas, the father of the Presidential Adviser on Research, Documentation and Strategy, Mr. Oronto Douglas, when the incident happened.
They were said to have been badly burnt and only identified by the shreds of their clothes.
Azazi and Yakowa’s mobile phones rang out continually without any response when several calls were put across to them by some top government officials.
Enugu State Governor, Sullivan Chime Dead???
Enugu State Governor, Sullivan Chime, was feared dead on Saturday. Unconfirmed reports had it that Chime passed on at an Indian hospital after battling an undisclosed ailment for some months.
It would be recalled that Sullivan Chime duly transmitted a letter to the state House of Assembly for a consolidated leave which had commenced since September 19, 2012.
If feelers we are getting are true, he will be the second governor to have died in a space of 48-hrs after Kaduna state governor, Patrick Yakowa lost his life in a Navy chopper crash in Bayelsa state yesterday, along with former National Security Adviser, Gen. Owoeye Azazi.

According to her close friends, the fair-skinned actress, was abducted this afternoon and her kidnappers are demanding a hefty N100 million ransom.
