Spaghetti: The Art of Eating Your Way Through

Spaghetti: The Art of Eating Your Way Through

Spaghetti is a very popular dish, eaten all over the world and made in many different ways. Although spaghetti is delicious and nutritious, it can be a struggle to consume. This is frustrating when all you want to do is enjoy every strand on your plate without losing your manners. According tohellofood.com, you can successfully eat your spaghetti with a fork, enjoy every single bite and look great doing so by following the tips below;

1.       Fork & Spoon: The fork should be held in your right hand and the spoon in the left, lift a few strands off your plate and twirl it using the spoon as a backdrop. Twirl it all the way up and enjoy.

2.       Fork: This is a very popular way of eating spaghetti. Lift a little bit off the plate and twirl it against the wall/side of your plate until it is all rolled up.

3.       Slurping:  Made popular by “The Lady and the tramp”, lift your spaghetti off the plate with your fork and slurping it up the fun, however, this method is messy so try to avoid it if you’re eating with someone you’re want to impress. You probably have to save this one for date night with your television.

4.       Cutting: The last and the least advised method of eating a spaghetti is using the knife to slice the strands to pieces (like you’re about to feed a young child). This method is not usually advised for adults because it is said to make one look really rather odd.

Although a very tricky food, eating spaghetti is an art all foodies should master.

Eating a handful of almonds daily can reduce belly fat, waist circumference, leg fat and improve a man's sperm count and quality.

Eating 42g (1.5 oz) of almonds a day was found to significantly reduce belly fat, waist circumference and leg fat mass. Almonds were also found to lower cholesterol, lowering the risk of heart diseaseAccording to research, a handful of almonds a day (about 42g) could be the key to a longer and shapelier life.
The nutrient-rich nuts can get rid of your belly fat and waist circumference , give you slimmer legs and lower the risk of heart disease by reducing cholesterol.

Experts from Pennsylvania State University compared the diets of 52 overweight, middle-aged adults with high-cholesterol over 12 weeks.
Previous studies have shown that an almond diet is linked to improved heart health - but scientists say this is the largest controlled study to date.
Despite no differences in weight between the two groups, the almond diet was found to significantly reduce belly fat, waist circumference and leg fat.
Almonds were also found to lower cholesterol, lowering the risk of heart disease.

ALMONDS BOOST MALE FERTILITY: EATING SEVEN NUTS A DAY COULD IMPROVE A MAN'S SPERM COUNT AND QUALITY

Eating seven nuts, including almonds (pictured) a day could improve a man's sperm count and quality

Eating seven nuts a day could improve a man's sperm count and quality, say Italian doctors who are testing the theory in a trial of 100 men being treated for infertility at a hospital in Turin.
One group will add seven nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds or peanuts) to their normal diet; another group will reduce their intake of saturated fat by cutting down on processed meat and dairy products, and increase the amount of polyunsaturated fats, from foods such as oily fish and seeds.
The team at Azienda Ospedaliera Citta della Salute e della Scienza di Torino believe both strategies may improve fertility, as polyunsaturated fatty acids have been shown to have a number of effects that help, including reducing inflammation.
