VIDEO: Another Nigerian police officer captured in a video clip trying to extort money from a motorist

A citizen captured this video on his mobile phone in Onitsha where a Nigerian police officer was trying to extort money from a motorist.
Inspite of the recent dismissal of some of them due to similar corrupt practices, they are still extorting money from innocent citizens.
What do you think should be done to effectively eradicate such practices?
