Simon Cowell has been warned to stay away from his girlfriend Lauren’s seven-year-old son – or she will have to pay her ex a hefty fine.

The bizarre legal agreement has been made as part of the divorce settlement between 36-year-old Lauren and her estranged husband Andrew Silverman.

The music mogul’s lover, who is pregnant with his baby, will be hit with a $50,000 penalty – around £31,000 – if he ever comes in contact with young Adam.

And if Cowell should happen to see him THREE times, she will lose all contact with her son until a court is able to intervene and decide what to do.

The ban will last until January 2015.

There is also a clause in the settlement, revealed in US reports, that Lauren and Andrew agree to prevent Adam from calling anyone other than them “mother” or “father”.

If reports are to be believed, the "Love On Top" singer, Beyonce is considering a trial separation from the American rapper. Allegedly, Jay Z has failed to fulfil his responsibilities as a husband and a father.

Jay Z and Beyonce exchanged vows in 2008 and welcomed their adorable daughter, Blue Ivy, in 2012, but things seem to have taken a rocky turn for the seemingly happily married couple. Beyonce, 32, is reportedly thinking about taking a break from her marriage because she thinks Jay is being “selfish” and not putting his family first. Read on for more details.

While Beyonce was in Australia for her Mrs. Carter tour, Jay Z visited her and the two lovebirds took a mini 3-day vacation to a private resort to spend some quality time together. But apparently it was more than just a relaxing trip.

“Jay Z’s early November trip to Australia was not just a family getaway, it was a last-ditch effort to keep his marriage afloat,” an insider tells Star magazine. “Jay Z’s decision to tour Europe at the same time as Beyonce is touring Australia has caused serious damage to their relationship — damage that may be ultimately prove to be irreparable.”

Though the source says Bey didn’t have an issue with Jay, 43, going on tour with Justin Timberlake over the summer, she assumed that he would at least take the initiative to accompany her and their 19-month-old daughter, Blue Ivy, on tour in Australia and New Zealand – instead of going clubbing all the time.

“Not only did he plan the tour without consulting her at all, but he didn’t even try to coordinate dates with her tour. She told him he was selfish,” the insider says. “Beyonce has been feeling like a single mother lately — and has been letting her husband know he’s on shaky ground, and she’s using the time they spend apart as a trial separation.”

A teenager has spoken of her 'total shock' at being told at the age of 17 she had no vagina.

Jacqui Beck, 19, has MRKH, an rare syndrome which affects the reproductive system - meaning she has no womb, cervix or vaginal opening.


She was only diagnosed after she went to her GP about back pain - and mentioned in passing that she hadn't started her periods.

Tests revealed her condition and that where her vagina should be, there is simply an ident, or 'dimple' - meaning she is unable to have sex or carry her own child.

Women with the condition appear completely normal externally - which means it is usually not discovered until a woman tries to have sex, or has not had her first period.

Miss Beck, from the Isle of Wight, admits when she was first diagnosed, she felt 'like a freak'.


'I'd never considered myself different from other women and the news was so shocking, I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

‘I was sure the doctor had got it wrong, but when she explained that was why I wasn’t having periods, it all started to make sense.

‘She then explained that I would never be able to carry a child and might have to have surgery before I could have sex.
