Amazing beauty uses of fresh milk

Certain ingredients found in fresh whole milk could soften, tone, and exfoliate your skin, giving you a soft, silky and clear complexion.

Cleansing:
According to Natural-beauty expert Paige Padgett, whole milk can be used as your daily cleanser. "It's gentle, yet effective in removing excess oil and makeup," she says.

Exfoliating:
Milk contains lactic acid, a form of alpha hydroxyl acid (AHA), which helps to reduce wrinkles and boost collagen while smoothing the skin. Simply soak a cotton pad in milk, and gently clean your face and down your neck to exfoliate dead cells. "It's a gentle exfoliation," says Padgett. "Not like a fruit acid or enzyme, which can be harsher."

Skin Softening:
Add a couple of cups of milk to warm water for a lavish soak. "A milk bath feels decadent and makes skin soft and smooth," says Padgett.

Toning Mask:
Padgett recommends using yogurt as a mask to even skin tone, gently exfoliate, and soften skin. Apply a thin layer over your skin, and let sit for five to 10 minutes before rinsing.

Spot Treatment:
The lactic acid in milk brightens, rehydrates and exfoliates and also treats breakouts, according to Padgett. Mix milk with flour to create a thin paste, apply it before bedtime, leave it on overnight, and rinse in the morning.

Contrary to previous reports from Ukraine, Kenyan intelligence officers believe White widow Samantha Lewthwaite is 'alive and well' and living in southern Somalia with her jihadist husband and a wanted al-Qaeda suspect.

Lewthwaite and her husband, Salim also appear in a 'selfie' taken at their home. Police are using these and photos of their two children in a countrywide manhunt.

The updated profile of Lewthwaite in response to claims from a Moscow news agency that she had been killed by sniper fire, prompted

Kenyan intelligence to demand for Lewthwaite's body and they refuse to believe she has been part of any militia outside East Africa.

Woman gets infected with HIV after sharing manicure equipment with cousin

A 22 year old woman diagnosed with an advanced HIV infection may have caught it by sharing manicure equipment.

The woman did report having shared manicure instruments years before with a cousin who was later found to be HIV-positive.

According to blood analysis, the woman contracted the virus around ten years ago.

Further genetic analysis of the viruses from both patients revealed it came from a common ancestor, indicating the possibility HIV was transmitted through the manicure instruments.
