Bobbi Kristina Brown taken off life support and moved to hospice care as 'condition has continued to deteriorate'

Bobbi Kristina Brown, only child of singers Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, has been moved into hospice care nearly five months after she was first hospitalized on Jan. 31, when she was found facedown and unresponsive in a tub at her home near Atlanta.


Pat Houston revealed this in a statement to Us Weekly on Wednesday, June 24.

"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate,"

"As of today, she has been moved into hospice care," Pat shared on behalf of the family. "We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now."

The Queen of England hosted a star-studded reception yesterday, 22nd of June at Buckingham Palace to celebrate the first ever winners of her Young Leaders programme. The Scheme recognises contribution of young people in the Commonwealth. 60 young people received awards for their work in local communities .

32 year old Nollywood actress Stephanie Okereke-Linus and her husband were among those specially invited by the Queen of England.

David Beckham, Fearne Cotton, David Walliams and Sir John Major also attended the ceremony

The winners received a special package of training, mentoring and networking, including a one-week residential programme in the UK in association with Cambridge University. They also met with Prime Minister, David Cameron, at 10 Downing Street before visiting Twitter UK headquarters and the BBC World Service.



David Beckham told the audience: "I do not claim to be a public speaker and I am not an expert in the fields some of you are. I am honoured to be here this evening. With people like you I know the world will become a better place.

...... "Congratulations, well done and I'm very proud to be here. Good luck in the future. I'm sure you are going to make us all proud".

The awards was part of a five year programme established by The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust in partnership with Comic Relief and the Royal Commonwealth Society to honour the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

Last surviving widow of Ugandan dictator Idi Amin dies @59



Sarah Kyolaba, the last surviving wife of the former Ugandan dictator, Idi Amin has died last week at London's Royal Free Hospital after battling with cancer.
She was first spotted by Idi Amin while performing as a dancer aged 19.

Mrs Amin was once known as 'Suicide Sarah' because she was a go-go dancer for the Ugandan army's Revolutionary Suicide Mechanised Regiment Band.

She was said to be his 'favourite wife' and went by the title Lady Sarah Kyolaba Idi Amin.

She followed the dictator into exile in Saudi Arabia in 1982 before moving to the UK more than three decades ago where she worked at a salon.

She died aged 59.

Woman bites off rapist's privates with her teeth (Warning: graphic photos)

 
According to reports, a woman bit off the penis of a man during a rape incident in Lagos, Nigeria.
The lady, whose name is not yet known at this point, paid the man a visit, but a few hours later, ran out of the house screaming for help, saying she had been raped. A few minutes later, the neighbours were shocked when the alleged rapist also ran out from the house, covered in blood and crying for help. It was then they realized that his penis had been completely bitten off by the woman. He was then rushed off to hospital but  upon realizing that the upper part of his manhood which had been bitten off was still in the house, they had to rush back to the house to get it for the doctor to stitch it back.
The rapist is still hospitalized.
