People are taking to social media to post photos of sunburn designs on their skin.
This involves putting on sunscreen in a design or applying a temporary tattoo to burn a pattern onto the skin
Dermatologists say this could cause skin cancer as it's revealed 73,000 will get melanoma in 2015.
