The father-to-be was pictured kissing Lauren Silverman on their day-date together as they headed to filming for The X Factor USA.
A convenient red light and stop in traffic meant Lauren, 34, could stick her lippy all over Simon’s mouth. You know, marking her territory like a dog on a lamppost.
They were riding dirty in Simon’s miniature Smart car as further pictures appear to show the music boss is sticking to his word by puffing a cigarette out and about in LA.
He’s rarely without a ciggie – even on a jet-ski – and don’t expect the 54-year-old to quit any time soon.
Despite girlfriend Lauren Silverman, 36, expecting his baby in February, we're told Simon isn’t planning to cut back.
However, it seems Lauren might have laid down some rules.
“He won’t be smoking round the house,” a close source confides.
“He’ll have to go out in the garden when Lauren and the baby are around.” Or perhaps round the back of the bike sheds.
