 Who's got the most sensible diet?


Beyonce - Lots of veg, no red meat or bread, and no alchohol.

Elizabeth Hurley - drinks at least six cups of watercress soup daily.

Fergie - Organic apple cider.


Heidi Klum - Raw almonds are her perfect snacks!

Jennifer Garner - Loves sweet potatoes.

Jennifer Hudson - Breakfast of eggwhite omelette.

Jessica Alba -  Loves dried fruit as well as chocolate or strawberry frozen yogurt, but steers clear of desserts and bread.



Lisa Rinna - A sliced Fuji apple with reduced-fat peanut butter.

Mariah Carey - Lots of bland soups and fish.

Miranda Kerr -  Fresh pressed green juice with kale, cucumber, spinach, parsley and lemon first thing in the morning.

Miranda Lambert - Grilled Chicken Salad.

Anne Hathaway - Kale and dust diet for training.
