It has been clarified that there was no double tragedy in the family of Ugonna Kelechi Obuzor, one of the four students of the University of Port Harcourt that were recently mobbed and killed by heartless indigenes of Aluu community in Rivers State.
News went viral online on Tuesday that Ugonna’s mother had been devastated by the death of her only son and she never recovered from the heartache. But that’s not true!
The father spoke with AIT on the brutal killing of his son and in the course of the interview he disclosed that his wife (Ugonna’s mother) had died since 2006 and that he has been responsible for taking care of the children (five or so) that she left behind.
Whoever started such rumours, I wonder what they hope to achieve by that! It's a relief to me that at least there was no double tragedy!

ReplyDeleteIt simple, I'm a ghanaian and was very angry after watching the video. These culprit should be fed to crocodiles at the zoo. Intact i wish their death wud be sooo painful their forth generation wud feel it. RIP ma brothers
