Cruel thugs glue RAZOR BLADES all over children's playground injuring toddler

A two-year-old boy was injured after cruel vandals glued RAZOR BLADES all over a children's playground.
The toddler was playing with his dad at Millennium Park in Illinois when he suffered cuts from the blades which had been hidden on slides, climbing equipment and even on the ground.
Father Ty Langley was horrified at the cruel prank and told US channel KWQC: "It's something I can look out for now, if I'm ever here.
"We just kind of think about them swinging on the swing set or, you know, climbing the monkey bars. Don't really think about razor blades."

Following the incident, Ty contacted East Moline police who disturbingly found a dozen blades littered across the playground.
Lieutenant Brian Foltz - a 19-year police veteran - admitted he had never seen anything like it.
He said: "I've seen a lot of things, but not razor blades glued to equipment at a park."
